About the Roles

Join as a Sales Engineer based in the Central Region, working a 5-day schedule from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm in a permanent position. The role offers a competitive package comprising Basic + AWS + VB and focuses on developing business opportunities across Factory Automation, Energy, and BMS sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Factory Automation, Energy, and BMS sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with panel builders, system integrators, consultants, and other key partners.
• Build and execute account development plans to support regional growth objectives.
• Work closely with distributors and partners to expand market coverage and generate sales opportunities.
• Promote the Company’s product range, including terminal blocks, relays, power supplies, Industrial Ethernet, signal conditioners, and cabinet solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations to demonstrate the Company’s solutions and benefits to customers.
• Provide pre-sales and application support by coordinating with technical teams to address customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support business planning.
• Track sales pipeline activities and provide progress updates against established targets.
• Coordinate with marketing, product management, and customer service teams to support effective planning and execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in industrial automation, panel building, or related industries.
• Good understanding of industrial control systems, panel assembly processes, and related components.
• Established network with panel builders or system integrators.
• Experience working with local EPC companies or project opportunities is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a goal-focused mindset.
• Possess own vehicle to support customer visits and field activities.
