Key Responsibilities

• Drive the Branch's treasury strategy and balance sheet management.
• Oversee liquidity, funding, investment, and financial market activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk limits.
• Lead asset and liability management, including interest rate and liquidity risk oversight.
• Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to senior management and committees.
• Represent Treasury in management, risk, compliance, and governance forums.
• Maintain strong relationships with regulators, financial institutions, and market counterparties.
• Strengthen treasury governance, controls, and operational resilience.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the Treasury team to achieve business and risk management objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years' relevant treasury or financial markets experience, including leadership of a treasury function within a banking environment.
• Strong expertise in liquidity management, funding, ALM, treasury products, and financial markets.
• Sound knowledge of MAS regulations and treasury risk management practices.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth, risk, and regulatory expectations.
• Subject to applicable MAS fit-and-proper and approval requirements.
