Job Description

• Develop and execute annual brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive brand growth through effective marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage brand performance indicators, including market share, sales, profitability, and brand health metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
• Lead consumer research projects and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal return on investment.
• Work closely with creative, media, and research agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Support innovation and new product development projects from concept to commercialization.
• Prepare and present business reviews, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of brand management or marketing experience within FMCG, consumer goods, or related industries.
• Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and delivering business growth.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
