A. Membership Sales

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of all member products and programs
• Develop membership sales strategies within the assigned territory.
• Solicit and close sales of gym memberships.
• Oversee the effective execution of member acquisition strategies.
• Enforce pre-opening sales policies and procedures.
• Complete all daily sales activities (phone calls, emails, prospecting, etc.)
• Performing all basic system transactions pertaining to billing and contracts.
• Manage payment facilities to ensure that all transactions are accounted for.
• Being responsive to member feedback and complaints and working towards a timely resolution.
• Driving retention by partnering with a fitness team to introduce fitness services at the point of sale.
• Effectively meet and surpass sales targets as stipulated by Anytime Fitness.

B. Member Acquisition

• Developing relations with the community and local small businesses by involving clubs in community events.
• Performs neighborhood canvassing campaigns to generate awareness and member leads within the surrounding area, including neighborhoods, apartment and condo complexes, and new developments.
• Actively build a network of contacts through prospecting and referrals. Continuously search for opportunities to acquire new members.
• Encourage member referral system to promote group or community engagement
• Create an inviting and welcoming experience for future members.

C. Customer Service

• Partner with the team to ensure a high level of customer service
• Notify management of any member concerns or complaints and assist as needed
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Assist with wellness and fitness promotions and external events
• Conduct, record, and report a daily productivity sheet as stipulated by Anytime Fitness.
• Keep membership paperwork in order.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
