JOB SUMMARY

BioPearl is an established Malaysian beauty and wellness brand with over 20 years of industry experience.

We are looking for a responsible, organised and detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant / Store Person to support our daily inventory, warehouse and supply chain operations.

This role will be responsible for receiving and checking incoming stock, organising and maintaining inventory, preparing stock for outlet distribution, monitoring stock levels and ensuring smooth coordination between the warehouse, outlets and Headquarters.

The successful candidate will receive proper training and guidance to ensure they understand BioPearl's inventory procedures, stock management system and operational SOPs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the daily operations of the supply chain, warehouse and stock management activities.
• Receive, check and record incoming stocks, products, packaging materials and supplies.
• Verify quantities and product conditions against delivery orders and purchase documents.
• Organise and arrange stock properly according to company procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock movements are properly recorded.
• Prepare and pack stock for delivery to BioPearl outlets.
• Coordinate stock replenishment according to outlet requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and highlight low-stock or fast-moving items to Management.
• Assist with regular stock counts, stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and arrangement of beauty products and other company supplies.
• Monitor product expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO where applicable.
• Assist in preparing delivery orders, stock transfer documents and other inventory-related documentation.
• Coordinate with outlets, Headquarters, suppliers and delivery personnel regarding stock movements.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.
• Ensure the warehouse/store area is clean, organised and safe at all times.
• Report damaged, missing, incorrect or expired stock promptly to Management.

TRAINING PROGRAMME

Successful candidates will receive proper training and guidance on BioPearl's supply chain and inventory operations.

The training programme will cover:

• Inventory and stock management procedures
• Receiving and checking incoming goods
• Stock counting and reconciliation
• Stock arrangement and warehouse organisation
• Product handling and storage
• FIFO stock rotation
• Delivery and documentation procedures
• Company SOPs and operational standards
• Basic reporting and inventory control
• Coordination with outlets and Headquarters

REQUIREMENTS

• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to handle stock and inventory accurately.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel or similar software.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions.
• Physically fit and comfortable with handling and moving stock when required.
• Able to work in a warehouse/store environment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in supply chain, warehouse, inventory, logistics, retail or store operations is an advantage but not essential.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work according to company requirements, including weekends or public holidays when necessary.
