Finance Executive

October 2026 Intake

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and organized Finance Executive to join our team on a full-time basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily financial transaction processing and ensure transactions are recorded accurately.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, payment recording, and monitoring outstanding balances.
• Handle payment processing and ensure payments are processed accurately and on time.
• Assist with audit activities and internal controls, including maintaining proper documentation and financial records.
• Manage and monitor the canteen POS system, including transaction records and reconciliation.
• Provide general finance department support and assist with other finance-related tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in finance or accounting is preferred.
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable and payment processing is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of audit procedures and internal controls.
• Experience with POS systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to handle confidential financial information.
