Job description

IABT is looking for a talented, creative and results-driven professional who can strengthen our digital presence and produce high-quality visual content.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage monthly social media content and campaigns
  • Create original graphics, posters, advertisements, carousels and promotional materials
  • Shoot and edit engaging Reels, short videos and student testimonials
  • Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube content
  • Write compelling captions and promotional copy
  • Cover classes, events, excursions and institutional activities
  • Maintain consistent branding across all platforms
  • Monitor engagement, leads and campaign performance
  • Support paid advertising and student-enrolment campaigns

Requirements:

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and social media work
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro, or equivalent software
  • Strong video shooting and editing skills
  • Good understanding of current social media trends and content formats
  • Creative, proactive, organised and able to meet deadlines
  • Experience in education, hospitality or service-based marketing will be an advantage
