About the role

Lead third- and second-party audits within the Digital Trust segment, applying expertise in information security management systems (ISMS), artificial intelligence management systems (AIMS), data protection, and cybersecurity requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Direct audit teams and execute initial certification and surveillance audits with professionalism and consistency

• Enforce compliance with applicable SGS global and local procedures for assigned products and areas of expertise

• Execute customized audits in accordance with SGS Business Assurance requirements

• Design and deliver training programmes within assigned areas of expertise

• Equip management with market intelligence on emerging trends and potential business opportunities

• Achieve established performance targets by submitting reports on time and resolving queries effectively

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to implement assigned standards and uphold client and regulatory requirements

About you

• Tertiary qualification in information technology, computer science, engineering, or related discipline, with at least five years of relevant professional experience

• Broad auditing experience across industries, preferably within information technology, information security, artificial intelligence, data protection, or cybersecurity environments

• Degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, electrical or electronic engineering, or another relevant technical discipline

• At least two years of relevant information technology experience, preferably involving information security, cybersecurity, data protection, or artificial intelligence governance

• A recognized ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor qualification is required; training or auditor qualifications in ISO/IEC 42001 or other relevant Digital Trust standards are preferred

• Demonstrated experience conducting management system audits, including leading audit teams, and delivering certification or surveillance audits

• Qualified auditor status for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is an advantage

• Communicate and negotiate effectively with clients, audit teams, and internal stakeholders

• Work independently, exercise sound judgement, and demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness
