Tanggungjawab
- Manage and supervise all CSA construction activities from site mobilization through project completion.
- Monitor contractor performance, progress, productivity, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate site construction activities with other disciplines, including Mechanical, Electrical, Process, and Commissioning teams.
- Review construction methodologies, work plans, method statements, and recovery plans.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, contract requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Lead site progress meetings, coordination meetings, and contractor reviews.
- Identify construction risks, issues, and potential delays, and implement mitigation measures.
- Monitor project schedules and support the resolution of construction-related challenges.
- Collaborate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Review and verify progress claims, variations, and construction reports.
- Support testing, commissioning, punch list closure, and final project handover activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of construction management experience with significant exposure to CSA works.
- Experience delivering Industrial, Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or High-Tech Facility projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site management, sequencing, and contractor management.
- Experience managing multiple contractors on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and complex project environments.
