Responsibilities
Operating hours: 8am-10pm (2 hours break)
About the role:
We are looking for a Cafe Manager/Supervisor to join our Team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the F&B industry and are eager to display their leadership and management skills. You will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and leading our team.
Job Scope:
Primary Roster planner
Inventory Control
Oversee the team
Guide and train floor staff in product knowledge and to be able to upsell/cross-sell food and beverages to patrons
Handle and resolve patrons' complaints, feedback, and update to Operation Manager
Closing of sales and update Operation Manager for banking purposes
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Requirements:
Previous experience in cafe, restaurant, hospitality, or F&B operations
Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak periods
6-day work week (including Weekends and PH)
Benefits:
Salary Increment (based on performance)
18 days AL / 21 days ML
