Responsibilities :

• Promote and sell beauty and skincare products to customers.
• Provide professional advice on skincare, makeup, and beauty routines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.
• Demonstrate product usage and explain product benefits clearly.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain product display and ensure the counter or store is clean and organized.
• Keep up to date with new beauty products, trends, and promotions.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Beauty, or related field.
• Previous experience in beauty sales or retail sales is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for skincare, makeup, and beauty products.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and retail hours.
• Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
