Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through various sales prospecting channels.

• Respond promptly to telephone and online catering enquiries.

• Assist clients with menu selection and prepare catering proposals.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and rapport.

• Proactively brainstorm and propose creative ideas to enhance catering services and customer experience.

• Manage the sales and profitability of catering event orders while ensuring smooth event operations.

• Coordinate with the internal Food Production and Logistics teams to ensure the timely and smooth execution of catering events.

• Prepare event orders in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Maintain catering and conference files in accordance with established procedures and company standards.
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Hotel & F&B Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent qualifications or relevant experience will also be considered.

• Experience in sales, business development, or customer service within the F&B, catering, hospitality, or a related industry is an advantage but not required.

• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Comfortable working at our office located in the West region of Singapore.
