Finance & Accounting

• Handle full set of accounts for Singapore entities (monthly closing, reconciliations, journals, and schedules)

• Handle project listing and intercompany transactions/balance matrix

• Prepare monthly management reports and cash flow monitoring

• Support quarterly GST submissions (Singapore) and other statutory reporting requirements

• Assist with auditors’ queries, bankers, corporate secretaries, and related companies on financial matters

• Support Group consolidation and reporting package.

Administration

• Assist with office administration (pantry, supplies, office maintenance)

• Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes and HR administration when needed

• Perform ad hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably managing multiple entities.

• Solid knowledge of AP, AR, GL, financial reporting, and closing processes.

• Experience with Xero is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with intercompany accounting and project accounting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
