DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the primary internal contact for all ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics Navision)–related matters. Provide first-level support to end users and assist with issue analysis and resolution.
• Coordinate with external vendors and consultants on system configuration, enhancements, and troubleshooting. Monitor and follow up on vendor deliverables, timelines, and support requests.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for system enhancements or changes.
• Support and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to production deployment.
• Perform basic data checks and data extraction as required. Maintain system documentation or user guides.
• Support user training and adoption of system improvements.
• Engage with departments to recommend system improvements and align with business goals.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new modules or features.
• Provide first level IT support for end users (hardware, software, networking, etc. issues).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in ERP system support or administration.
• Experience with multiple programming languages would be an added advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, and AI tools would be an added advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic understanding of business process.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication and follow-up skills; able to work with different departments and levels.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, PC configuration, and printer setup.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
