Responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation and review of test cases and document test issues.
• Perform key functional testing to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor overall testing progress and ensure adequate requirement and test coverage.
• Consolidate test issues, questions, and requirements, coordinate with the relevant test lead, and track issues through resolution.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize test results and prepare test evaluation reports.
• Apply a basic understanding of business analysis to understand and validate user requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing and/or business analysis.
• Hands-on experience testing Web, Android, and iOS applications, with good knowledge of mobile application testing methodologies.
• Experience in API/interface testing and familiarity with relevant testing techniques.
• Good knowledge of databases and ability to use SQL statements for data querying and validation.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and processes, with experience participating in the full testing lifecycle.
• Ability to independently execute project testing, monitor testing progress, and ensure project quality.
• Strong written, reading, and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to understand and interpret requirements documents.
• Excellent English oral communication skills are mandatory.
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, patient, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in test automation and performance testing will be an added advantage.

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
