Kerja Sepenuh Masa Project Development Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,800 di MGES RESOURCES SDN.BHD. Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities :

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in road construction, road resurfacing, road maintenance and related civil works.

· Source and build relationships with potential clients, main contractors, developers and other relevant parties to generate new project opportunities.

· Follow up on project enquiries, tenders, quotations and business opportunities to secure new projects.

· Coordinate with the Project & QS team to obtain project information, quantities, costing and technical details required for quotations and tender submissions.

· Assist in preparing and coordinating quotations, tender submissions, proposals and other project-related documents.

· Attend client meetings, tender briefings, site visits and project discussions when required.

· Coordinate project requirements between Management, clients, main contractors, site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.

· Follow up on project progress, outstanding matters and upcoming opportunities and provide regular updates to Management.

· Assist Management in evaluating potential projects and developing new business opportunities.

· Perform other duties related to project development and business development as assigned by Management.

Requirements :

· Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Development, Business Administration or a related field.

· Preferably 2–4 years of relevant experience in construction, roadwork, project coordination, business development, tendering or a related field.

· Experience in road construction, civil works or construction-related business development will be an advantage.

· Basic understanding of BOQ, quotations, tender documents and project costing.

· Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.

· Good client relationship management and follow-up skills.

· Proactive, responsible and able to identify and develop new business opportunities.

· Able to coordinate effectively with Management, clients, contractors and internal teams.

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

· Willing to travel for project sites, client meetings, tender briefings and business development activities when required.

· Possess a valid driving licence; own transportation is an advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
