Job Requirements

• Applicants must be willing to work at Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam
• Able to check construction works progress at site & work at height
• Posses AutoCAD skill
• Matured, positive minded, responsible & reliable
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Must have valid CIDB Green Card
• Knowledge of Roof / Metal Roof, Sales, Sketch Up, Revit (3D Modelling) software, Photoshop & other relevant software, certified in CIDB act will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Document/ Report Preparation & Review including but not restricted to tender, bills of quantities, contract, costing, reports & analysis.
• Handle shop drawing submission, As-built drawing.
• Prepare materials order.
• Projects coordination
• Monitor construction materials & quantity
• Ensure final drawing work comply with contract, regulations and quality standards'.
