Job Summary

Provide expert scalp consultations, analysis, and targeted treatments. Help clients achieve healthier scalps and stronger hair through personalized care, client education, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scalp consultations & diagnostic analysis
• Perform deep cleansing, nourishing, herbal & therapeutic scalp treatments + relaxing massage
• Recommend personalized treatment plans, home-care routines & suitable products
• Track client progress, maintain records & follow-ups
• Keep workspace/equipment clean & sanitized
• Follow standards, attend training & support team goals

Requirements

• Experience in scalp/hair care, beauty therapy or salon services preferred
• Great communication & customer service
• Skilled in hands-on treatments & massage
• Positive attitude, willing to learn
• Able to work weekends & PH on rotating shifts

Preferred

• Knowledge of herbal/TCM scalp care
• Experience with scalp analysis equipment
• Beauty / cosmetology certification

Earnings & Benefits

• Monthly Base Salary: $2,600 – $3,000 (by experience)
• Commission Structure:
• Service Commission: $10 – $15 per session
• Product Commission: 5% – 10% on retail sales

Work Details

• Location: Orchard
• Hours: 10am–7pm / 11am–8pm (rotating shifts)

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month
