Kerja Sepenuh Masa Structural - Formwork Drafter, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,000 di Urban Empire Builders Sarawak - Maukerja

RESPONSIBILITIES:

l l Prepare formwork erection drawings for precast components.

l Prepare and revise structural and precast shop drawings based on engineering requirements.

l Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D illustrations/models for precast and formwork works.

l Assist in quantity take-off from drawings.

l Assist the Engineering team with basic calculations and technical drawings.

l Prepare drawing revisions based on comments from Engineers, consultants and project teams.

l Coordinate with the Engineering and Production teams to ensure drawings are suitable for fabrication and site installation.

l Maintain proper drawing records, revisions and documentation.

l Perform other drafting and technical duties assigned by the superior

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT:

· Minimum SPM with relevant drafting experience, or Certificate/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Drafting, Construction Technology or related field.

· Preferably 2–3 years of relevant working experience, particularly with a structural design consultant, precast company or construction industry.

· Proficient in AutoCAD.

· Knowledge of SolidWorks or other 3D design/modelling software is an added advantage.

· Able to read and understand structural, precast and formwork drawings.

· Basic knowledge of quantity take-off and construction measurements.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

· Detail-oriented with good drawing accuracy and able to work independently.

· Candidates with experience in precast concrete detailing and formwork drawings will be given

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
