JOB LOCATION: JURU (AUTO CITY)

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze current process of TMS Real Time and POD update to identify areas for improvement.

- Develop and implement enhancement plans to optimize the TMS real time.

- To execute all shipments smoothly, ensuring profiles are updated into relevant systems, + that door-to-door monitoring of status is in place at every step including close coordination with endorsed carriers.

- To establish + strengthen operational relations with customers contact(s) through daily interactions, regular calls or visits + proactively advising + consulting to ensure customer satisfaction.

- To document, resolve, analyze all complaints + then identify, share + eliminate root causes.

-Assist in applying and monitoring driver PASS applications and follow up to ensure passes are ready before job execution.

-To assist for customer report handling .

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma & above in related field
• Computer literate
• Required Language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: RM600.00 - RM700.00 per month
