Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full range of corporate secretarial duties to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth company operations
Execute company incorporations and foreign branch or representative office registrations accurately and timely
Conduct striking-off procedures following legal and regulatory guidelines
Draft directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, meeting minutes, and related corporate documents with precision
Maintain statutory registers and prepare submissions to ACRA to meet compliance deadlines
Utilize Viewpoint software to manage client records efficiently and maintain data accuracy
Independently handle a portfolio of clients, liaising effectively with auditors to support audit processes
Support ad-hoc corporate secretarial tasks including employment pass applications, bank account openings, and license applications
Assist with trust administration and provide additional secretarial support as required
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of corporate secretarial experience
CSIS qualification or currently pursuing it is advantageous
Strong knowledge of the Companies Act
Proficiency in Viewpoint software
Effective communication and organizational skills demonstrated through client and team interactions
Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
