Key Responsibilities

Production Support & Incident Management

• Operate and support containerized Java/Spring Boot applications across non-production and production environments.
• Manage and support applications deployed on OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, ensuring system availability, stability, and performance.
• Monitor production systems, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and drive timely issue resolution.
• Participate in Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes, including on-call/shift support.
• Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Database, and other technical teams to resolve production issues.
• Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, deployment, and integration-related issues.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Plan and execute functional, integration, regression, system, and production validation testing.
• Develop and maintain test cases, test scenarios, test data, and test execution reports.
• Support application deployments across Test, UAT, and Production environments.
• Identify, troubleshoot, document, and verify defects and fixes.
• Perform release validation to ensure applications meet quality and operational requirements before production deployment.
• Identify opportunities to improve test coverage, testing processes, and automation.

Deployment & Operational Support

• Support application releases and deployments across multiple environments.
• Validate application health and functionality following deployments.
• Assist with release planning, deployment coordination, and post-release monitoring.
• Contribute to operational improvements, automation, and process optimization.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in DevOps / Production Application Support.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and containerized applications.
• Good understanding of Java/Spring Boot applications and application troubleshooting.
• Experience with L2/L3 production support and incident management.
• Strong knowledge of RCA, problem management, and change management.
• Experience in functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
• Experience supporting deployments across Test, UAT, and Production environments.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, deployment processes, monitoring, and release management is preferred.
• Exposure to Data Lake, Big Data, or Data Analytics environments is an advantage.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
