KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and develop full‑stack applications using NodeJS, Python, React, JavaScript/TypeScript
Integrate Generative AI models and APIs into government platforms to enhance functionality and user experience
Build and maintain RESTful APIs for secure and scalable data exchange
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (UX, product, data science, DevOps) to deliver end‑to‑end solutions
Implement secure coding practices aligned with public‑sector compliance requirements
Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing to ensure reliability and performance
Support deployment and CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps engineers
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across frontend, backend, and AI integration layers
Document technical designs, APIs, and workflows for knowledge sharing and audit readiness
Champion continuous improvement by exploring new GenAI frameworks, libraries, and tools
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
Technical
Hands‑on experience with NodeJS, Python, React, JavaScript/TypeScript
Strong knowledge of API development and integration
Practical experience embedding Generative AI models/APIs into applications
Experience in full‑stack application development
Understanding of secure software delivery in regulated environments
Minimum 5 years in software engineering, with at least 2 years in full‑stack roles
Proven track record delivering production‑ready applications
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
Government / Public Sector technology delivery
Citizen services, e‑government platforms, or compliance‑driven environments
AI/ML application development in enterprise or public‑sector contexts
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Frontend: React, JavaScript, TypeScript
Backend: NodeJS, Python
APIs: RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth
GenAI: Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, LangChain (preferred)
Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP (advantageous)
DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, GitLab CI, Jenkins (preferred)
Testing: Unit testing, Integration testing, UAT
