About the Role:

As a Chef de Partie (CDP), you will be responsible for managing the kitchen and ensuring that dishes are prepared, cooked, and presented to the highest standards. You will also guide junior staff, maintain kitchen hygiene, and support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily operations. This role is ideal for someone with solid culinary experience who is ready to take on a leadership position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a specific kitchen section
• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Train, supervise, and support Commis and Kitchen Helpers.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are met.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimize wastage.
• Work closely with the team to improve menus and maintain consistency.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-4 years of kitchen experience as Demi Chef or equivalent
• Strong culinary knowledge and technical cooking skills.
• Leadership ability with good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Passion for quality, creativity, and consistency.
• Able to travel and support outlets in KL area.

Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
