Responsibilities:

• Provide General office admin Support and supplies management.
• Answer phone call and follow up enquiries.
• Communicate with customers and follow up to have program booking schedule confirmed. And arrange necessary material for program use.
• Review application to ensure correct data and necessary documents are in order.
• Provide sales admin support to Sales & Marketing Team / Managers. Prepare quotations , invoice/Do to customer to ensure smooth delivery & AR related task and filing.
• Deal with vendors, Processing of PO and ensure good arrive correctly & AP task and related filling.
• Liaise with internal and external parties and stakeholders by following company protocols.
• Communicate with regional offices and provide necessary support at timely manner.
• Scan documents to ensure all documents are available in online system.
• Other Ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Singaporeans preferred
• Min.2-3 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in MS & basic accounting skill.
• Able to work independently, responsive, proactive.
• Good communication skills, good sense of responsibility.
• Detailed minded, passionate to work and willing to learn.
• Fast learner, accept mistake and avoid same mistake happen again.
• Experience on Million software would be advantage.

Information:

• Salary offered will be based on individuals’ experience and qualification.
• 5 days' work week, Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm.
