Job Responsibilities
:
Handle daily purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers and requesting quotations.
Prepare purchase orders and follow up on orders and deliveries.
Maintain supplier records and purchasing documents.
Check and file invoices and related documents.
Prepare reports and perform cost and profit analysis using Excel and Word.
Assist with price negotiations and cost-saving activities.
Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
Coordinate with suppliers to resolve order and delivery issues.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
1–2 years relevant experience in purchasing or admin role preferred
Training will be provided for those with lesser experience.
