Tanggungjawab

Job Responsibilities:

  • Shall be responsible to ensure the documentation system complies to the GMP, GLP, GDP, GDPMD requirement.
  • Shall be responsible for the finalization of documents and assure documents complied to the format with accurate information and keep the register list updated.
  • Shall be responsible in scanning documents to the server.
  • Shall be responsible to allocate product manufacturing batch number,
  • Shall be responsible to monitoring allocation of stability batch.
  • Shall be responsible in issuing document for manufacturing, packing and testing of production batch.
  • Shall be responsible for issuance of form upon request
  • Shall be responsible in reconcile and archive batch record.
  • Shall be responsible in retrieve documents/record upon request.
  • Shall be responsible for maintaining the new/revised packaging material final artwork.
  • Shall be responsible in any other tasks assigned by superior when deemed necessary

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
