Job Responsibilities
Manage and maintain project documents, records, drawings, and correspondence.
Ensure proper document registration, filing, distribution, revision control, and tracking.
Prepare and maintain document registers, transmittals, and submission records.
Coordinate document submissions and follow up on pending approvals, comments, and responses.
Ensure the project team has access to the latest approved documents.
Provide administrative and coordination support to the project team.
Assist with preparation of meeting minutes, reports, and project records.
Maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
Support project handover and close-out documentation.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams as required.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Administration, Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in document control or project administration, preferably in construction.
Familiar with construction documents, drawings, and project workflows.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Experience with ACC or other document management systems is an advantage.
Good communication, coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
