Job Summary
MOS Foods Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, drive sales performance, and lead a customer-focused team to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and achieve sales targets aligned with HDC standards
Analyze customer feedback to identify needs and implement service improvements that enhance customer satisfaction
Monitor and control product and labor costs to maintain budget compliance and maximize profitability
Drive sales growth and ensure outlet profitability through effective team management and operational oversight
Conduct regular stock counts and manage receiving processes for food, beverage, packaging, and other inventory items to maintain accurate stock levels
Deliver training and coaching to staff, evaluate their performance, and foster continuous development to enhance team capabilities
Participate in station duties and oversee maintenance activities to uphold restaurant standards and operational efficiency
