Job Description

  • Applying latest testing (DFT) technique, optimizing test coverage on CPU.
  • Performing post-silicon binning technique to achieve best possible CPU performance, power and yield.

Main Requirements and Qualifications

  • Good Knowledge of CPU Architecture and Design
  • Interest in gaining exposure to real-world IC testing flows on most advanced semiconductor technology node (4nm and below).
  • Passionate about optimizing silicon yield and boost CPU performance, power through post silicon technology.
