Job Responsibilities
Supervise operational personnel at assigned work locations.
Conduct staff roll calls, site inspections and safety briefings.
Ensure compliance with approved procedures and safety requirements.
Coordinate daily activities with site coordinators and operations controllers.
Monitor the proper use and condition of equipment and materials.
Report manpower, operational, safety and disciplinary issues.
Support incident management and recovery operations.
Job Requirements
Diploma in an engineering discipline, GCE A-Level or equivalent qualification.
Minimum five years of relevant working experience.
Supervisory experience in railway, construction, transport or site operations is preferred.
Able to lead teams and conduct safety briefings.
