Responsibilities
Deliver training sessions to operation and maintenance personnel of combined cycle power plants to enhance their technical skills and operational knowledge
Design and develop customized training plans and materials tailored to client personnel needs for effective knowledge transfer
Operate combined cycle power plants by managing start-up, shutdown, and continuous monitoring of gas turbines, heat recovery steam generators, steam turbines, and generators
Conduct regular inspections of power plant equipment to detect defects promptly and implement corrective actions to ensure safe and efficient operations
Troubleshoot and resolve operational incidents and emergencies using technical expertise to maintain equipment and process reliability
Communicate clearly and effectively in English through listening, speaking, and writing to coordinate with teams and organize training and operational activities
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Familiarity with combined cycle power plant production processes and fundamental knowledge of key equipment including gas turbines, heat recovery steam generators, steam turbines, and generators
Ability to organize and coordinate training schedules and operational tasks efficiently
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably including combined cycle power plant operation
Experience in power plant training preferred; practical experience in power plant commissioning, operation, or maintenance encouraged
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard computer applications
Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication skills
Strong technical communication, organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
