Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, with recognised Project/Delivery Management certification or equivalent practical experience

Work Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in IT delivery or release management roles within a matrixed enterprise environment

• Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery and release execution across multiple systems, teams, and stakeholders

• Hands-on experience coordinating major and ad-hoc releases for business-critical platforms

• Strong exposure to change governance, CAB processes, and release readiness controls

• Strong understanding of the software delivery and release lifecycle, including planning, testing coordination, deployment, and post-release stabilisation

• Working knowledge of delivery methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile, and the ability to apply them pragmatically in a release-driven environment

• Hands-on experience with release governance, risk management, dependency management, and quality assurance

• Ability to coordinate and track multiple testing phases (SIT, UAT, PET, PPT) to ensure readiness prior to release

• Proficiency with delivery and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, MS Project, and Agile delivery tools

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and align diverse teams toward a common release outcome

• Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional and multicultural teams

• High level of problem-solving capability, with a calm, structured, and results-driven approach, particularly during release execution and issue resolution
