QMS EngineerKey Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with applicable standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Coordinate and conduct internal audits, process audits, and compliance assessments across departments.
• Support external, customer, and certification audits, including preparation of documents and follow-up on audit findings.
• Monitor and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure effective and timely closure.
• Maintain QMS documentation, including procedures, work instructions, forms, quality records, and document control.
• Review and update quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Track and analyze quality performance indicators, audit findings, non-conformities, and improvement actions.
• Coordinate Management Review Meetings and prepare relevant QMS reports and performance data.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on QMS requirements, quality procedures, and audit compliance.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, QA/QC, and other departments to drive continuous improvement and strengthen quality compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Quality Management Systems or Quality Assurance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001; exposure to IATF 16949, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 will be an advantage.
• Experience in internal auditing, CAPA, root cause analysis, and document control.
• Familiar with quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, FMEA, SPC, and Control Plan.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Certified Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to prepare quality reports and presentations.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
