About the Company

We have a another onsite ServiceNow resource, they should be of a developer type background, ITSM and SMoD background, code/scripting for automating service tasks, translate business requirements into technical requirements.


About the Role

4+ years experience and ideally telco experience.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions.
  • Automate service tasks through coding and scripting.
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements.


Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Background in ITSM and SMoD.
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.


Required Skills

  • Strong coding and scripting skills.
  • Ability to automate service tasks.
  • Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
