QC Technician /Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm/$2,500 - $3,800 @Joo Kooon
Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
Inspect, audits, and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
Identify quality issues and non-conformities, implement corrective and preventive actions.
Utilise SPC techniques to analyse production processes, identify trends, and detect variations.
Generate & analyse SPC charts and data to assess process stability and make recommendations.
Ensure compliance with QMS requirements including ISO 9001 standards
Participate in audits to verify adherence to QMS procedures and standards
Calibrate measurement and inspection equipment used in quality control activities.
Maintain records of quality control activities, inspection results, and non-conformities
