Job Responsibilities
Ensure complete documentation of procedure and maintenance work
Review service reports and escalate any finding or action that is required
Investigate and determine root cause of faults and report
Involve in the overall maintenance of the buildings, technical inspection and audits
Manage and guide a team of Technicians in attending to breakdown calls.
Be part of the team to management energy saving and initiatives.
Provide best practices in engineering maintenance to achieve a safer environment for patients, staff and visitors
Job Requirements
Diploma in Engineering (Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Building Services Estates Management)
Minimum of five (5) years working experience with minimum three (3) years’ experience in supervision works.
Pro-active, ability to prioritize work and achieve desired result
Independent, able to work with minimum supervision and have a good understanding of critical workflow
Able to commit to 5.5 days work week
Able to response and mobilize on site in the event whereby the breakdown requires after office hours and/or weekends.
