About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Air Export Customer Service Officer to manage end-to-end air export shipments and ensure seamless coordination between customers, airlines, overseas agents, and internal teams. You will play a key role in delivering operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage air export bookings and shipment coordination with customers, airlines, truckers, and warehouses.
• Ensure compliance with customer SOPs, IATA regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
• Prepare, review, and submit export documentation and permit declarations accurately and on time.
• Monitor shipment milestones, flight schedules, and cargo cut-off times to ensure timely movement.
• Provide proactive shipment updates and respond promptly to customer enquiries.
• Resolve operational issues such as shipment delays, rollovers, and documentation discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, reporting, and system updates.
• Support invoicing and cost control processes.

Requirements

• Experience in air freight forwarding, export operations, or logistics customer service.
• Strong knowledge of air export procedures and documentation.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments.
• Knowledge of CargoWise One.
• Familiarity with air freight regulations and export compliance requirements.
• Willingness to support operational needs outside regular working hours when required.
