Kerja Sepenuh Masa Process Technician, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,300 di FFM Grains And Mills , Pasir Gudang Johor - Maukerja

1. Raw Material Intake & Quality Control

- Supervise and operate raw material intake processes.

- Ensure raw materials are received, checked, and handled according to quality standards.

2. Grinding Operations

- Operate and monitor grinding machines to achieve the desired particle size.

- Adjust machine settings to maintain consistency and meet product specifications.

3. Batching & Mixing Operations

- Accurately operate batching and mixing equipment according to batch formulations and schedules.

- Verify the correct raw materials, quantities, and sequence as per formulation.

- Monitor mixing time and product quality.

- Ensure the hand addition of medication is performed correctly.

4. Bulk Loading & Weighment Control

- Monitor the sealing of bulk tankers and be in charge of weighment verification after office hours for bulk loading.

- Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including proper use of PPE and safety harnesses during bulk loading.

- Coordinate with the Logistics team to ensure accurate loading.

5. Process Monitoring & Equipment Maintenance

- Monitor critical process parameters such as temperature, moisture, and pressure throughout production.

- Conduct routine inspections and perform basic troubleshooting of equipment.

6. Quality Assurance & Compliance

- Collect samples according to sampling SOP, label them, and deliver them to QA/QC for testing.

- Follow all procedures under ISO 22000, GMP, and HACCP frameworks.

7. Workplace Organization & Documentation

- Maintain 6S principles and ensure the work area, tools, and machines are clean and organized.

- Complete production records, intake logs, equipment checklists, and sample records accurately.

8. Safety & Additional Responsibilities

- Participate in safety audits and hazard analysis related to feed production processes.

- Carry out any relevant tasks as assigned by the HOD and Section Head from time to time.

- Report equipment issues promptly for maintenance action.
