1. Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BQ) based on Site Reports:
- Prepare BQ based on site layouts and reports for interior design projects.
2. Cost Estimation and Budgeting:
- Provide accurate cost estimates for construction and interior design projects, considering factors such as materials, labor, and related costs.
3. Cost Control and Monitoring:
- Continuously monitor project costs throughout its lifecycle. Track expenses, review invoices, and compare actual costs against the budget. Identify reasons for deviations and implement corrective measures to ensure the project stays within budget.
4. Review and Analyze Supplier/Subcontractor Quotations:
- Evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations, negotiate pricing, and make recommendations to the project team.
5. Research and Source Materials, Equipment, and Subcontractors:
- Conduct research and source materials, equipment, and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and ensure compliance with project specifications.
6. Final Account Settlement:
- Prepare the final account at the conclusion of a project, detailing all project costs and any variations or changes that occurred during construction. Ensure agreement among all parties involved on the final financial settlement.
7. Ensure Projects are Completed Within Budget and Maintain Quality:
- Ensure projects are completed within the designated budget while maintaining quality and adhering to contractual agreements.
8. General Administration (Documentation & Filing):
- Handle general administrative tasks related to documentation and filing, including preparing essential documents and maintaining organized project records.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
