Kerja Sepenuh Masa JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,800 di Fong Hong (M) Johor - Maukerja

1. Analyze projects drawings and specifications to prepare accurate quantity take offs, cost estimates, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs)

2. Prepare quotations, tender submission and cost plans in line with project objectives and budgets.

3. Monitor project progress, assess budget performance, and recommend corrective measures to prevent cost overruns.

4. Provide recommendations for value engineering, material alternatives, and cost saving opportunities.

5. Review, verify and process Variaton Orders (VO), Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and related contractual documentation.

6. Verify actual site quantities, track material usage and cost, and prepare Purchase Order (PO).

7. Maintain comprehensive records of contracts, budgets, claims,and supporting documentation for audit and reporting.

8. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, fully substaintiated, and submitted on time to clients and relevant authorities.
