Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Production Intern di Lactalis Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

Project Objective:

To improve: - Labor productivity of repacking activities - Losses (fruit, bulk) - MSA delivery - Quality culture mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily production operations to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.

• Support production supervisors in monitoring production activities and output.

• Record and maintain production data and reports.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

• Assist in troubleshooting minor production issues and escalating concerns when necessary.

• Support continuous improvement projects and process optimization initiatives.

• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams when required.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Production Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment.

• Eager to learn and able to work independently.

Learning Opportunities:
