Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Business Development - Sales Manager Linde Engineering di Linde Selangor - Maukerja

Purpose of the position

• Develop opportunities & projects in Malaysia according to business development strategy, process, best-practices and standards.
• Identification of opportunities that fits Linde technology portfolio eq Green Hydrogen Business, Decarbonization, Oxygen Plants, Air Separation Units, Hydrogen & Syngas Manufacturing Units, Petrochemical Plants, Adsorption plants and LNG Processing plants.
• Key Account Manager for Petronas and Other Major Petrochemical companies
• Co-operation with Linde Gas organization in the region for common synergies and local support

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for market analysis, order intake and Business Development in Malaysia & Brunei
• Understand the client requirements of technical services, spares, proprietary components like Oxygen Plants, Hydrogen Plants, Clean Energy, PSA, Cold Box, PLC, etc.
• Pre-qualification for EPC tenders. Help in formulating bidding strategies and partnership with local construction companies and fabricators/suppliers.
• Engage customers to develop project opportunities, customer and market assessments and business concept/value proposition.
• Identify and collect information about new opportunities at early-stage engaging customers, region business unit, Gas Business etc.

What we're looking for

• BE/B Tech degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, preferably top-ranking institute
• MBA or equivalent post graduate qualification from a Premier business school is a plus.
• Experience in metals / chemicals/ refinery industry is a plus.
• 7+ years professional experience in the industrial gas, chemical, oil & gas or engineering industry, and
• 4+ years successful professional experience at Linde in an external facing function (e.g. sales) or 7+ years professional experience outside Linde in equivalent position, and
• Successful experience in management of cross-functional project teams.
