Job Description

• To assist in Credit/ODP Plus/Maybank Personal Loan endorsement handling
• To assist in Khairat policy issuance.
• To handle daily incoming emails/enquiry.
• To assist in UAT which required him/her to liaise with IT/Developer

Qualification / Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Insurance, Takaful, Finance, Banking, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
