• Assist the Project Manager in supervising daily construction activities on site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth site operations.
• Ensure construction works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet quality standards
• Identify, report, and rectify non-conformance issues promptly.
• Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures on site.
• Enforce site safety rules and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies.
• Participate in toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and site safety inspections.
• Report safety incidents and assist in corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline
