Hi! we are looking for a clinic assistant for our newly opened clinic in Kajang 2.

Requirements

Demonstrate proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification or equivalent.

Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Exhibit a genuine passion for patient care and a commitment to providing a positive and supportive experience for all patients.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions and responsibilities.

Willingness to work onsite at our clinic in Kajang 2 and adhere to the established work schedule.

Ability to learn and adapt to clinic procedures and protocols, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and basic administrative tasks.

Responsibility

Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression of Triasis Healthcare.

Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling efficiently, utilizing the clinic's system to minimize wait times and optimize clinic flow.

Assist healthcare professionals with basic clinical tasks, such as preparing examination rooms, sterilizing equipment, and taking patient vital signs (e.g., temperature, blood pressure).

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

Handle phone calls and electronic communications promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries, relaying messages, and scheduling appointments.

Manage inventory of clinical and office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and placing orders as needed to avoid shortages.

Provide support to patients with billing and insurance inquiries, assisting them with claim submissions and payment processing.

Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic environment, adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a safe and comfortable space for patients and staff.

Able to support marketing on social media platform
