Job Summary

Responsible for driving sales growth and clinical adoption of the medical devices product portfolio in Singapore, covering products such as Ventilators and Patient Monitoring.

The role manages the end-to-end sales process, develops new business opportunities and builds strong relationships with hospitals and key healthcare stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development activities across assigned hospitals and territory.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from opportunity identification and product presentation to quotation, negotiation, closing, and post-sales support.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, procurement, biomedical engineering, and hospital management.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product and solution recommendations.
• Conduct product demonstrations, clinical evaluations, and customer presentations.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Business, or a related discipline, with at least 2 years of medical device sales experience.
• Strong clinical knowledge with hands-on experience in ventilators preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Customer-focused, commercially driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
