Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning tasks
Supervise cleaning staff and ensure duties are completed efficiently
Assign work schedules, monitor attendance, and manage shift coverage
Inspect cleaned areas to ensure quality, hygiene, and safety standards are met
Train new cleaning staff on procedures, equipment, and safety protocols
Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies
Monitor inventory levels and request cleaning materials as needed
Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Address and resolve cleaning-related issues or complaints promptly
Maintain cleaning records, checklists, and reports
Communicate with management or clients regarding cleaning needs
Support continuous improvement of cleaning processes and efficiency
Requirement
Candidate must have at least 1year experience in the related field
Willing to work Alternative Shift base on Schedule
Able to work with team
