Position: Senior Consultant for GRC Position Service Fee Range: 5 to 7.5k About the Role We are looking for an experienced GRC & Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) professional to join Kollect Systems and support the growth of our KollectAI GRiC solution. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in governance, risk, compliance and third-party risk management, preferably within banking or other regulated financial institutions. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on GRC and TPRM requirements, processes and best practices. Understand and assess third-party/vendor risks, including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, ongoing monitoring and remediation. Support clients in improving their risk registers, controls, assessments, workflows and reporting. Understand regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to GRC and TPRM. Conduct client discussions and workshops to understand existing processes and identify improvement areas. Support product demonstrations, solution discussions and client presentations for Kollect*AI GRiC. Work closely with sales, product and technology teams to translate client requirements into practical GRC solutions. Support RFPs, proposals and solution documentation where required. Requirements Malaysian citizen with 10+ years of relevant experience. Experience in Banking, Investment Banking, Securities, Insurance or other regulated financial services preferred. Strong experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). Good understanding of vendor risk assessments, due diligence, control assessments, risk scoring, monitoring and remediation. Exposure to BNM, RMiT, Securities Commission (SC) or Bursa Malaysia requirements is a strong advantage. Experience working with risk, compliance, internal audit and business stakeholders. Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior management and clients. Experience with GRC platforms, TPRM systems or risk automation solutions is an advantage
