Join the opening team of one of Singapore's most anticipated luxury lifestyle hotels and help create exceptional, personalised experiences that leave a lasting impression on every guest.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and provide warm, professional, and personalised service.
Anticipate and respond promptly to guest enquiries, requests, and feedback.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Handle guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism and care.
Uphold the hotel's luxury hospitality standards throughout the guest journey.
Requirements:
Experience in Guest Services, Front Office, Customer Service, or Hospitality preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $3,000
Working Location: Orchard
